Terms and Conditions – FlippTraders.com

  1. If the buyer chooses to make a direct payment to the seller outside of FlippTraders.com’s platform, we are not responsible for any kind of fraud, dispute, or financial loss that may occur in such transactions.
  2. FlippTraders.com acts as a mediator between the buyer and seller. Payment will be released to the seller once the deal is completed. Buyers are not eligible for any refunds after the transaction is finalized.
  3. Buyers are required to thoroughly check all aspects of the website, including Adsense, content, functionalities, and more. FlippTraders.com will not be held responsible for any issues or discrepancies found after the purchase.
  4. FlippTraders.com serves as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. If buyers encounter any problems with the website after the purchase, FlippTraders.com will not be held liable.
  5. 25% payment of sellers will be held for the next 10 days for security reasons as it takes Google 8 days to update the mobile number of the Gmail account.
    Note: If the seller recovers the Gmail account without notifying us, their remaining 25% amount will not be released.
  6. If you are selling a YouTube channel, your 100% payment will be held by FlippTraders.com for the next 10 days, as it takes Google 8 days to update the mobile number of the Gmail account.
  7. FlippTraders.com usually takes 1 hour to process the payment to the seller, with a maximum timeframe of 48 hours. We will release the payment to the seller after deducting a 10% success fee.
  8. In the case of a seller using Method 2, they must transfer the domain to FlippTraders.com before the site is listed on the platform. The domain will be held by FlippTraders.com for the next 60 days.
  9. The use of abusive language or behavior on the platform will result in immediate blocking, and the individual will not receive any assets or refunds.
  10. In Method 2, if the seller refuses to give Adsense login details, we will not return the domain to the seller.
    Note: The seller must provide the original Gmail and password from which Adsense approval was taken.
  11. If the buyer chooses other payment methods like PayPal, Binance, or Payoneer, the buyer must wait until the balance is credited into our bank account.
  12. Listing fee is not refundable in any case.
  13. FlippTraders.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed, and users will be notified of any changes.

Transaction Guidelines

Transaction Timeframe:

  • When a buyer purchases a website on FlippTraders.com, the seller is required to provide the necessary details to the buyer within 48 hours.
  • If the seller fails to provide the required details within this timeframe, the buyer has the right to request a refund.

Handling Issues During Transactions:

  • If the seller has provided the required details but problems occur during the transaction (e.g., Gmail account locked, domain not transferring), the buyer is expected to cooperate and allow additional time to resolve these issues.
  • Buyers must be patient and wait for a reasonable period to resolve any problems during the transfer process.

Finalizing the Deal:

  • If, despite efforts, the deal is not completed, the buyer may request a refund from FlippTraders.com.

Refund Requests:

  • Refund requests must follow the guidelines outlined above.
  • Each request will be reviewed and processed based on the specific circumstances.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

Response Time and Payment Delays:

  • WhatsApp Support: While we strive to respond promptly via WhatsApp, please understand we may not always be immediately available.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Expect delays on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Payment Processing Delays: Occasionally, there may be delays. Please be assured we are committed to resolving all issues as fast as possible.
  • Communication Expectations: If you experience a delay, please remain patient. We will respond in the order messages are received.
